Wizz Air chief corporate officer Owain Jones urged Serbian authorities to end “discriminatory practices”, after Serbia adopted amendments governing foreign carrier operations that shifted focus to third and fourth freedom traffic; Serbia’s Civil Aviation Directorate said no carrier was denied EU market access under applicable agreements.1 Wizz Air also adjusted Belgrade capacity, including planned suspensions of Lisbon and Copenhagen from 25-Oct-2025, while scheduling a new three times weekly Madrid route from 28-Oct-2025.2 3
