Widerøe separates from Torghatten Group

EQT Infrastructure and Torghatten Group announced (23-Dec-2020) EQT will make an offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Torghatten through a voluntary cash offer. Torghatten's air traffic business, including Widerøe, will be excluded from the transaction and will be moved into a separate company, Flyco, in which former Torghatten owners will receive one share in Flyco for every share they own in Torghatten at NOK17 (EUR1.61) per share.
