volofin Capital Management previously issued approximately USD534 million of notes, including around USD27 million of residual interest notes it retained, to acquire lender interests in a portfolio of 22 aviation loan facilities.1 It also reported 2025 commitments of “just under” USD1 billion across 25 facilities, ending the year with about USD2.7 billion in commitments and financing more than 90 aviation assets for 20 customers across 20 jurisdictions.2
