Virgin Group reportedly in preliminary talks with El Al regarding collaboration

Virgin Group Chairman, Sir Richard Branson, is reportedly in preliminary talks with El Al Israel Airlines shareholders regarding collaboration between the two, including a possible acquisition or investment in El Al (Globes Online, 10-Aug-09). Virgin Group is reportedly considering becoming a partner in El Al subsidiary, Sun D'Or International Airlines, to be rebranded under the Virgin brand.
