Vietnam airlines report double-digit pax growth in first nine months of 2010

Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV) reported the following traffic highlights for the nine months ended 30-Jun-2010 (CAAC-News, 18-Oct-2010):

Total passenger numbers: 15 million, +20% year-on-year;
- Domestic airlines: 11.0 million, +24%;
  - Vietnam Airlines: 9 million, +34%;
  - Jetstar Pacific: 1.5 million,
Cargo volume: 340,000 tonnes, +36%.
