Vietnam Airlines 2010 pax up 34%

Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam reported total passenger numbers increased 20% year-on-year to 21.0 million in 2010 (CAAC-News, 10-Jan-2011). Details include:

Passenger numbers: 21.0 million, +20% year-on-year;
- International: 10.7 million, +20%;
- Vietnam Airlines: 12.3 million, +33.7%;
Cargo volume: 460,000 tonnes, +30%;
- International: 340,000 tonnes, +37%;
- Vietnam Airlines: 166,300 tonnes, +43.9%.
