The FAA Surface Awareness Initiative also included the selection of uAvionix's FlightLine ADS-B system and Indra's AeroBOSS, both aimed at enhancing surface situational awareness and reducing runway incursions at numerous US airports. Initial deployments for these technologies were scheduled at airports such as Austin-Bergstrom, Dallas Love Field and Indianapolis International, with further rollouts planned through the end of 20251 2 3 4 5.
