US DoT Secretary Sean Duffy previously said the FAA's new NOTAM Management Service entered operations on 29-Sep-2025, distributing NOTAMs to early adopters, with a full transition targeted for late spring 20261. The FAA selected CGI Federal, partnering Google Public Sector, NG Aviation and Mosaic ATM, to deliver a cloud-hosted NOTAM platform enabling near real time data exchange2 3. After the 11-Jan-2023 outage, the FAA implemented database and maintenance-process safeguards, while projecting legacy discontinuation by mid-2025 and phase two completion by 20304.
