US Airways Group pax up 5%, record load factor in Aug-2013; PRASM up 5%

US Airways Group reported (05-Sep-2013) the following traffic highlights for Aug-2013:

• Passenger enplanements: 5.8 million, +4.7% year-on-year;
• • Domestic: 5.1 million, +5.1%;
  • Tran-Atlantic: 323,909, +5.1%;
  • Latin America: 330,960, -0.9%;
• Load factor: 87.4%, +0.5 ppt;
• • Domestic: 88.0%, -0.2 ppt;
  • Trans-Atlantic: 85.8%, +2.5 ppts;
