    • Passenger numbers: 11.6 million, -1.3% year-on-year;
    • Passenger traffic (RPMs): -0.7%;
    • Passenger load factor: 81.2%, -0.5 ppt;
      • North America: 83.3%, +0.5 ppt;
      • International: 80.2%, -2.1 ppts;
      • Atlantic: 78.1%, -3.4 ppts;
      • Pacific: 82.8%, -2.1 ppts;
      • Latin America: 79.9%, +0.7 ppt;
  • 12 months ended Dec-2011:
    • Passenger numbers: 141.8 million, -2.6%;
    • Passenger traffic (RPMs): -1.4%;
    • Passenger load factor: 82.2%, -1.0 ppts;
