United Airlines and Boeing finalise B787 order

United Airlines and Boeing announced (25-Feb-2010) a firm order for 25 B787-8 aircraft has been finalised. The order, which includes an option for 50 aircraft, is valued at USD4.2 billion at list prices. With the delivery of the B787s United will begin retiring B747s and B767 on international services.
