Uganda Airlines' Boeing commitment also covered one 767 converted freighter and one 737BCF, alongside the eight passenger aircraft, to lift regional, continental and international capacity.1 Uganda's Parliament previously approved UGX422.26 billion supplementary funding in FY2025/26 for aircraft acquisitions, following a UGX1696 billion supplementary budget submission that included initial payments for a mix of Airbus and Boeing aircraft and two converted freighters.2 3
