Turkish Airport Authority reports passenger numbers increased 29.2% for the first 2 months of 2010
Turkish General Directorate of State Airports Authority reports (10-Mar-2010) the following traffic highlights for the 2 months ended 28-Feb-2010 (not including transit traffic):
- Passenger numbers: 11.2 million, +29.2% year-on-year;
- Istanbul Ataturk: 4.4 million, +17%;
- Cargo volume: 183,271 tonnes, +18.1%;
- Aircraft movements: 204,168, +21.0%.
