Turkish Airlines to expand fleet to 150 by end of 2010

Turkish Airlines announced it would take delivery of an additional 12 aircraft this year, taking its fleet to 150 aircraft (Gulf Times, 17-Apr-2010). The carrier has an additional 89 aircraft on order. President and CEO, Temel Kotil, stated the situation in Europe is improving, with fuel prices stabilising and traffic returning.
