Turkish Airlines reported (11-Aug-2017) the following financial highlights:

    • Total costs: USD2477 million, -6.5%;
      • Fuel: USD693 million, +3.1%;

    • Operating profit (loss): USD294 million, compared to a loss of USD160 million in p-c-p;
    • Net profit (loss): (USD61 million), compared to a loss of USD226 million in p-c-p;
  • Six months ended 30-Jun-2017:
    • Revenue: USD4597 million, -0.7% year-on-year;
      • Passenger: USD3918 million, -3.8%;
    • Total costs: USD4666 million, -8.8%;

      • Labour: USD812 million, -16.5%;
    • Operating profit (loss): USD147 million, compared to a loss of USD377 million in p-c-p;
