TSA introduces career progression plan for operational employees

US TSA introduced (10-Jul-2018) a career progression plan for operational employees. TSA said the plan is intended to encourage performance and emphasise the training and skills operational employees will need to succeed in their TSA careers, as well as the support the agency will provide as part of its commitment to each employee's success. TSA reported it has also taken steps to improve the way it measures operational effectiveness, by inserting customised coaching and observation into the annual proficiency review process.
