Transaero back in the black in 1Q2012

Transaero revenue up 26% - financial highlights for three months ended 31-Mar-2012:

• Revenue: RUB17,500 million (EUR443.7 million), +26% year-on-year;
• Profit before tax: RUB93.7 million (EUR2.4 million), compared to a loss of RUB342 million (EUR8.7 million) in p-c-p;
• Net profit: RUB15.0 million (EUR380,326), compared to a loss of EUR381 million (EUR9.7 million) in p-c-p;
• Assets: RUB71,900 million (EUR1823 million), +24.4% when compared to the beginning of 2012;
• Passenger numbers: 1.8 million, +38%;
• Cargo volume: 11,400 tons, +24%.
