Colombia Aerocivil awarded the Tolú SC Airport Consortium a contract for the expansion of Tolu Golfo de Morrosquillo Airport, with the government investing over COP123 billion in the project. This includes runway, taxiway, and apron expansion, as well as the installation of a visual aid system and a hydraulic system, with construction starting in Dec-2023 and expected completion in Dec-20251. Colombia's Minister of Transport announced a COP213 billion investment for airport renovation from 2023 to 20272.
