Tourism and Sports Minister Sorawong Thienthong said the visa-exempt stay was expected to be cut from 60 days to 30 days, with details still under discussion ahead of a formal announcement.1 Thailand previously used targeted, time-limited visa waivers, including 30-day exemptions for India and Taiwan through 11-Nov-2024 and a 90-day exemption for Russia until 30-Apr-2024.2 3
