VietJet Group and Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor Office signed an agreement to develop an MRO technical centre at Utapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport, focused on technical capability, technology transfer and workforce training.1 U-tapao International Aviation extended its concession project timeline to Dec-2025 to finalise investment incentives, including tax privileges in the planned free trade zone.2 Bangkok Airways signed an MoU with Thai Airways to study cooperation on an aircraft maintenance centre in the Eastern Economic Corridor at Utapao.3
