Thai airport passenger service charge to increase

Airports of Thailand requested an increase in the passenger service charge to USD26 (THB800) from USD23 (THB700) and the domestic charge to USD8 (THB250) from USD3 (THB100) (Bangkok Post, 05-Jul-2011). The first increase since 2007 must be approved by the Civil Aviation Council.
