Tampa International Airport’s wider 2026 capital programme included replacement of the Main Terminal-to-Airsides A, C and E shuttles with third-generation models, with new Blue shuttles expected at A and C “shortly”, and all Blue and Red shuttles at the three airsides scheduled to be replaced in 2026.1 Tampa also expected to reveal the final design for its 16-gate Airside D “in the coming weeks”.1 US TSA planned to expand its PreCheck Touchless ID programme to 50 additional airports in 2026, beyond the 15 airports then offering Touchless ID screening lanes.2
