Syria and Iran discuss bilateral relations and regional issues

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad reportedly met over the weekend to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues (SANA, 19-Sep-2010). The Presidents reportedly discussed the potential to enhance the level of the economic and development cooperation, particularly the areas of tourism, oil, gas and railways.
