Surf Air Mobility guided 4Q2025 revenue of USD25.5 million to USD27.5 million after exiting unprofitable scheduled routes and shifting On Demand towards larger-cabin and international products, while forecasting an adjusted EBITDA loss of USD8 million to USD6.5 million.1 It also raised FY2025 revenue guidance to at least USD105 million and expected airline operations to reach positive adjusted EBITDA in 2025.1 It also agreed a USD100 million strategic transaction to refinance debt and support SurfOS commercialisation, including a USD6 million equity issuance to Palantir Technologies as prepayment for software and services.2
