SunExpress previously launched Vortex Control Technologies’ Finlets in Europe after an in-service evaluation, with phase one starting in May-2024 and phase two targeting installations on more than 40 additional 737-800s; COO Cemil Sayar said it supported carbon reduction goals.1 2 EASA later validated VCT’s FAA STC for 737-700/-800/-900ER Finlets, enabling installation on European-registered aircraft.3 Norwegian Air Shuttle then agreed to equip its 737-800 fleet from Dec-2025.4
