SUN founder suggests carbon surcharge on airfares

Strong Universal Network (SUN) founder Geoffrey Lipman, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, suggested (11-Mar-2016) airlines add a carbon "surcharge" to airfares rather than continuing voluntary carbon offset programmes for passengers.
