Starting up just after COVID enabled Norse Atlantic Airways to build labour force: SVP of people

Norse Atlantic Airways SVP of people Miika Inkilainen, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit World & Awards for Excellence, stated (22-Nov-2024) the carrier starting up just after the pandemic enabled Norse Atlantic to build its labour force. Mr Inkilainen said: "We could put an ad out and get hundreds of applications", adding the carrier hired 1000 employees in one year.
