Los Angeles World Airports opened an airside connector between Terminals one and eight at Los Angeles International Airport, improving passenger access to connecting flights and amenities, with further airside connectivity linked to the automated people mover and pedestrian bridges planned for 2024.1 Star Alliance also rolled out its digital Connection Service, embedding transfer information and navigation into member airline apps, following an initial launch with Singapore Airlines at London Heathrow in Sep-2020.2 3
