Spring Airlines board approves fleet acquisition and private placement plans

Spring Airlines announced (03-Mar-2016) that at a general meeting of shareholders on 02-Mar-2016, the carrier's board approved a previously announced plan to purchase 60 Airbus aircraft, including 45 A320neos and 15 A321neos, with delivery scheduled from 2019 to 2023.
