Spanish Government and unions disagree over flights to be operated during strike

Spain's Ministry of Development stated it wants 40% of international flights to be operated during the country's general strike on 29-Sep-2010, after unions requested a complete cancellation of international flights for the day (Typically Spanish, 22-Sep-2010). Union CCOO stated talks between the ministry and unions over the issue are "practically deadlocked".
