Southwest Airlines Co reports (07-Nov-2011) the following combined traffic highlights for Southwest Airlines and AirTran in Oct-2011:

• Revenue passenger numbers: 9.4 million, +0.1% year-on-year;
• Enplaned passengers: 11.5 million, +0.9%;
• Passenger load factor: 81.4%, -0.4 ppt;
