Southwest was scheduled to launch Santa Rosa links to San Diego (11 times weekly) and Las Vegas (daily) from 07-Apr-2026, plus Denver (weekly from 11-Apr-2026) and Burbank (five times weekly from 09-Apr-2026), using Boeing 737-700s; the airport was set to become its 14th California destination1. Sonoma County also announced Southwest planned weekly Santa Rosa-Austin service from 03-Oct-2026, with no other carriers on the route per OAG2.
