Social Media Lab: Airlines are ultimately a data business and need to take action with their data

Social Media Lab director Andreas Weigend, speaking on CAPA TV, said (17-18-May-2018) "data is the new oil, or as some say, maybe the new soil, for an ecosystem in which things can develop" and this is true for the airline industry as well. Mr Weigend said airlines are ultimately "a data business" and that what matters is "what you do with it, what the actions are that you take".
