SkyTeam check-in solution complete across network: CEO

SkyTeam CEO Patrick Roux, speaking at the IATA AGM, stated (02-Jun-2024) the alliance is "continuing a focus on technology to enhance customer experience", adding: "This is key to SkyTeam's vision to 2027". Mr Roux confirmed SkyTeam's check-in solution is now complete across its network. He noted 93% of all customers are covered by the solution.
