Skymark Airlines planned to expand its fleet to 32 aircraft by the end of FY2025 and to 33 by the end of FY2026, including orders for Boeing 787-8s and 787-10s1. The board approved orders for three Boeing 737 MAX 8 and three 737 MAX 10, with deliveries from 20262. Skymark secured JPY2 billion from share issuance for debt repayment and JPY13 billion for fleet renewal, agreeing to lease six Boeing 737-8s starting in 2Q20253.
