Skyfields also secured a 17,100sqm industrial development on a 3.6 hectare site at Perth Airport, which will serve as the Western Australia headquarters for Pacific Energy, with construction expected to commence in 1Q2026 and conclude in 2027, pending approvals. The project is anticipated to create 450 construction jobs and accommodate up to 400 employees once operational1.
