SkyEurope formally declared bankrupt

SkyEurope was formally declared bankrupt by a Bratislava district court, halting the company's attempts at restructuring (CTK, 10-Sep-2009). The court also appoint Emil Cervenka as the receiver for the carrier. Creditors can now register their claims on the company within 45 days.
