SITA: Majority of travel IT leaders believe biometric travel tokens will drive pax experience

SITA reported (03-Sep-2019) more than half of IT leaders in the travel industry believe biometric travel tokens "will be the key driver for the future passenger experience". According to SITA, the technology is one of the key enablers to delivering more automation as well as smoothly linking each step in the journey.
