Singapore Airlines deploys A350 to Amsterdam

Singapore Airlines deployed (10-May-2016) A350-900 aircraft on Singapore-Amsterdam service, effective 09-May-2016. Amsterdam is the airline's first A350 long-haul destination. The aircraft was previously deployed on selected Hong Kong, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur services for crew training purposes. The airline will also deploy A350 on Duesseldorf service in Jul-2016. The carrier received its first A350 on 02-Mar-2016 and now has two in its fleet and 65 on firm order. Its initial batch of A350-900s are configured with 42 business class, 24 premium economy and 187 economy seats. [more - original PR]
