Shenzhen Airport ordered to pay Shanghai Pudong Development Bank USD4m

China's Shenzhen Airport stated the Guangzhou Municipal Intermediate Court has ruled against the airport in its loan contract dispute with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, adding the airport has been requested to pay the bank CNY30 million (USD4.4 million) before 30-Jun-2010 (Yicai.com, 06-May-2010). Shenzhen Airport stated the ruling will not affect its profits in 2010 or 2011.
