SES collaborated with Boeing on factory installation of its cabin network hardware, initially on the 737 MAX with the 787 to follow, positioning it as a line fit connectivity option across Boeing commercial programmes.1 Japan Airlines selected SES’ multi-orbit IFC for 20 A350-900s and 21 787-9s, with linefit deliveries expected from 2028, building on a prior 737 MAX 8 order due from 2027.2
