Seoul Incheon International Airport's phase four expansion project was 97% complete by the end of June 2024, with completion scheduled for October 20241. The project, which began in 2017, included plans for a second airport railroad and an aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul complex by 20251 2. As of April 2024, the Terminal 2 expansion was over 95% complete, with new check-in and security systems planned to reduce check-in time and flight delays3.
