SeaPort Airlines previously announced it would resume commercial operations with Portland–Seattle King County commuter flights every 45 minutes from 20-May-2025, after having ceased operations in Sep-2016.1 Port of Seattle previously used incentives, including waivers of landing and facility fees, to encourage SeaPort’s small-community links from Seattle-Tacoma to Port Angeles and Moses Lake from 01-Mar-2016.2
