SAS EVP and CCO: 'We will never have a first class'

SAS EVP and CCO Paul Verhagen, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit - Airlines in Transition, stated (08-May-2025) "We will never have a first class, we live in a part of the world where that kind of spending is frowned upon". Mr Verhagen noted: "We don't have the market, and we don't perceive we will ever have that market".
