Safran deepened its Mexico footprint with a USD140 million, 50,000sqm engine maintenance shop in Querétaro, including CFM56/LEAP MRO capability and test/repair facilities, targeting up to 350 LEAP shop visits and 350 engine tests p/a by 2030 and employing over 450 staff at full capacity1. Safran also expanded LEAP fan/turbine final assembly and logistics in Querétaro to support the production ramp-up2.
