Sabre: Ancillary is just one way of personalising customer experience
Sabre VP marketing and Solutions Management Pramod Jain, speaking at the CAPA-ACTE Global Summit, stated (27-Oct-2016) ancillary is just one way of personalising the whole customer experience. He also noted that the customer experience is not about costs to an airline but rather an opportunity for airlines to generate incremental revenue.
