S7 Airlines records growth in blockchain platform payments to more than USD1m

S7 Airlines reported (30-Jul-2019) the amount of operations via the carrier and Alfa-Bank's blockchain platform exceeded USD1 million in Jul-2019. S7 Techlab executive director Nikolai Mukhanov said the number of operations is growing every month, with the amount of payments made on the blockchain platform increasing tenfold since Jan-2019. S7 Group sales director Ekaterina Dmitruk said: "Within this year, we are planning to deploy first online agents, whose work would comply with the NDC standard, on the platform".
