Rwanda recently expanded its network of bilateral air services agreements, including with Togo, Morocco, and Senegal, aiming to improve air connectivity, trade, and tourism. Many of these agreements provide fifth freedom rights for RwandAir, strengthening its operational potential in various markets1 2 3 4. Rwanda has also pursued similar visa waiver and exemption agreements with other countries in Africa and beyond5 6.
