Rwanda and Kenya partner to support regional business and leisure travel

Rwanda Development Board, Rwanda Chamber of Tourism, Kenya Association of Travel Agents and East African Tourism Platform signed (20-Jan-2021) a partnership agreement to develop business and leisure travel in the East African Community. The agreement is designed to enhance cooperation between the parties and improve the region's competitiveness as a tourism destination. The partners will collaborate to address challenges in the travel sector and explore solutions and initiatives to transform tourism businesses, market regional tourism offerings and promote regional travel. As part of the programme, RwandAir will be the title sponsor for air tickets for familiarisation trips to Rwanda.
