Russia’s Federal Aviation Agency reports 24.7% rise in Oct-2010 pax numbers

Russia's Federal Aviation Agency reported (01-Dec-2010) the following traffic highlights in Oct-2010:

  • Passenger numbers: 5.0 million, +24.7% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: 2.5 million, +19.1%;
    • International: 2.42 million, +31.1%;
  • Passenger load factor: 79.2%, +4.8 ppts;
    • Domestic: 74.7%, +5.2 ppt;
    • International: 82.6%, +4.1 ppts;
  • Cargo volume: 89,057 tonnes, +27.1%;
    • Domestic: 26,001 tonnes, +12.4%;
    • International: 63,057 tonnes, +34.4%.
